Hello, I’m Gary Bubash. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. 

My passion in life is to help those of you, individuals and couples alike, improve your relationships, be more productive in your work, and strengthen your resiliency in an increasingly complicated world. 

I am trained to help individuals and couples anticipate, navigate, and manage these feelings before they arise. How? Because I’ve been there.

Events happen in our early lives that influence the path we choose to take as adults. As a boy, I suffered several losses in my family. No one knew how to deal with the loss, betrayal, rejection, and, yes, even the humiliation I was experiencing being so young. So, for many years I felt empty, like a constant feeling of being let down, and it was difficult to trust anyone around my emotions and desires. As with most families, things got messy. As an adult, mistrust grew stronger, badly influencing my important life decisions and all my intimate relationships. So, I went to work on myself.

I want the people I work with to learn how to go through those lonely, sad, stressful, and worried times with a fighting chance for a new possibility and better outcome.   

Exploring your history and learning how to cope with known and unknown patterns working against you can build newer and healthier patterns. Controlling the intensity of your emotions and bringing new passion and excitement to your relationships takes practice and a little time for the process to take hold.   

I believe we can do the necessary individual and couples therapy to increase your satisfaction of a life well-lived.
